Account Information: Name, email address, and Apple ID when you sign in with Apple.
Health & Wellness Data: Medication reminders, daily check-in responses, mood tracking, and wellness preferences you enter into the app.
Usage Data: How you interact with features, courses completed, and preferences.
Family Dashboard Data: Contact information for family members you choose to connect.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize your Chatsey Care companion experience
To send daily check-in reminders and safety alerts
To share relevant updates with connected family members (with your consent)
To improve our services and develop new features
To process subscriptions through Apple's App Store

On-Device Processing

Chatsey Care is built with privacy at its core. Many features — including Skin Check AI, mood analysis, and sound recognition — use Apple's on-device CoreML framework. This means your sensitive health data is processed locally on your device and never sent to our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only:

With family members you explicitly authorize through the Family Dashboard
With Apple for subscription processing (handled entirely by Apple)
When required by law or to protect safety

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Apple's Keychain and App Group containers for secure local storage.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@btsinnovationsllc.com.

Children's Privacy

Chatsey Care is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
