BTS Innovations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Chatsey Care application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We collect information you provide directly:

Setup Information: Your name and the details you enter during setup, such as your people and medications. There is no account to sign in to.
Health & Wellness Data: Medication reminders, daily check-in responses, mood tracking, and wellness preferences you enter into the app.
Usage Data: How you use features, and your preferences, stored on your device.
Family Dashboard Data: Contact information for family members you choose to connect.

How We Use Your Information

To provide and personalize your Chatsey Care companion experience
To send daily check-in reminders and safety alerts
To share relevant updates with connected family members (with your consent)
To improve our services and develop new features
To process subscriptions through Apple's App Store

On-Device Processing

Chatsey Care is built with privacy at its core. Chatsey's AI runs on Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models) on your device, and your memories are stored in your own iCloud account. This means your sensitive health data is processed locally on your device and never sent to our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only:

With family members you explicitly authorize through the Family Dashboard
With Apple for subscription processing (handled entirely by Apple)
When required by law or to protect safety

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Apple's Keychain and App Group containers for secure local storage.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

Chatsey Care is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
