How do I set up Chatsey Care for my parent or grandparent?

Download Chatsey Care from the App Store on their iPhone or iPad. Sign in with their Apple ID (or use Sign in with Apple to create one). The onboarding guide will walk through setup in about 5 minutes. You can also set up the Family Dashboard to stay connected.

What devices does Chatsey Care work on?

iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac (Designed for iPad), HomePod, CarPlay, Apple TV, and AirPods. Your loved one just needs an iPhone to get started — everything else syncs automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > Chatsey Care > Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Chatsey Care uses Apple's on-device AI for sensitive features like Skin Check and mood analysis. Your health data stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What if my loved one has trouble using their phone?

Chatsey Care is designed with seniors in mind — large text, voice-first interaction, and full Assistive Access compatibility. Chatsey can be operated entirely by voice through Siri, HomePod, or the in-app companion.

Is this a medical device?

No. Chatsey Care is a wellness companion, not a medical professional. Features like Skin Check AI are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.

How does the Family Dashboard work?

Family members can connect through the app to receive check-in summaries, medication reminders, safety alerts, and location updates. Your loved one controls what they share.
