By downloading, installing, or using Chatsey Care ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Chatsey Care is an AI companion application designed for seniors and their families. It provides conversational AI, educational courses, daily check-ins, safety features, and wellness tools. Chatsey Care is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional medical advice, and not an emergency service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. A family member or caregiver may set up the app on behalf of a senior with their consent.
All subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.

Chatsey Care is a wellness and companionship tool. It is not a medical professional. Features like Skin Check AI and health tracking are for informational purposes only and should not replace consultation with qualified healthcare providers. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
All content, features, and functionality of Chatsey Care — including Chatsey, ChatseyBrain, and all companion characters — are owned by BTS Innovations LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Patent pending.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTS Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
